Elite Access has a great team that was able to come out to our home quickly (within 2 days), do a thorough review and walk through with us, and then had a team out the next day to fix our gate issues. Art was very helpful in talking through the different options and respective costs to fix our gate, and the technicians did great work to get our new hinges welded and secure the enclosure for the motor!

Large wooden sliding gate to back driveway is powered by an automatic opener device. It has required rare service or repair but each time it was provided by Elite Gates. Their prices are transparent but high and the service technician, Art, was very professional and informative. All of the prices and the labor charges are disclosed ahead of time and payment is made at the time of service.
