Art came to consult about a replacement mechanism for our swinging gate. He was super communicative and punctual - called the morning of the scheduled appointment to give us an ETA (30-minute window), and he arrived during said window.

I appreciated how easy he was to talk with; he provided multiple options at various price points to make sure the plan made sense for me financially, and he provided his thoughts on next steps without putting pressure or making the sale awkward. After choosing next steps, he helped to schedule a same-week installation. Great experience working with Art, and Marty was super clear and helpful over the phone, as well.
